Since my usual mobile mechanic can't make it to Brisbane and I don't head out to Toowoomba as often anymore, I was on the hunt for a local option. After doing a bit of searching, I came across these guys and decided to give them a try.
Booking and getting a quote was super easy and straightforward. I’ll be honest—I've had some bad experiences in the past, so I have major trust issues when it comes to mechanics. But today, I never once felt like I was being upsold or misled.
Justin was the one who came out, and he was fantastic to deal with. He was on time, well-presented, honest, and clearly takes pride in his customer service. He went over my car thoroughly, pointed out a few things that will need attention in the near future, and confirmed a couple of more urgent issues.
If the rest of the team is anything like Justin, I think I’ve found my new go-to mechanics.
